The worst thing guests say
Staff attitude and room quality. Between 2023 and 2024 six guests described rude or brusque staff, and in 2024 one reported an item stolen. In August 2026 one guest gave 1 star after a dated lower-level room that did not match what they requested. In 2022 and 2021 guests reported rooms on the lower floor near the gym and train noise on the first floor.
Insider tips
- Ask for an upper floor, since rooms on the lower level are small and noisy.
- There are about 8 steps at the entrance and a porter until 11 PM.
- The rooftop terrace is pricey for non-guests.
