Bed pests, cleanliness and fees. In March 2025 a school group said a classmate was bitten by bedbugs. A 2018 guest had the same complaint. In 2025 and 2026 guests said rooms were not cleaned unless requested daily, luggage storage was charged at 3 euros for 3 hours, and the hotel offered no goodwill when a family emergency forced a cancellation.
