Security and room condition. In August 2025 a guest said employees and strangers entered rooms while guests were out and items were stolen, and in February 2025 another reported a wallet taken. In April 2026 a guest described black mold, and in September 2026 a guest found inadequate cleaning in two rooms and another noticed a strong bathroom smell. Hot water or air conditioning failures appear in 2024 and 2025 reviews.
