The worst thing guests say

Booking and breakfast problems. In 2026 three guests said rooms were given away or changed, including one sent to a sister hotel without notice and a group whose breakfast was cleared at 10:30 AM. In April 2025 a guest said the room they booked the holiday around was unavailable. In 2024 guests reported staff entering rooms without knocking, a theft in the lobby, and rooms with no heating or hot water.
