The worst thing guests say

Bathroom safety, booking problems and noise. In May 2026 a guest fell in the bathtub and was injured. In 2025 a guest could not cancel a cancellable room, another was given a twin room instead of a double, and another had a room that was not ready until an upgrade fee. A September 2026 guest says the hotel gets many tour groups.
