Refunds and cancellations are the most repeated complaint in the 1-star reviews. Since December 2024, five 1-star reviews describe disputes over cancellations or refunds (December 2024, May 2025, July 2025, and two in December 2025), and one in June 2025 describes rooms priced below what the guest had prepaid. Among stayers, a guest in May 2026 reported dark spots on a pillow and a guest in December 2024 reported a loud air conditioning vent that kept them awake.
