The worst thing guests say
Mold, billing and condition. Between September 2025 and September 2026 three guests reported mold smells or black mold, in room 601 and in another room. In March 2026 a guest said 184.50 euros was charged instead of about 20 euros in city tax. Several 2026 reviews call rooms outdated or not five-star. In July 2026 a couple said a left-behind item was not recovered.
Insider tips
- Avoid room 601, since one guest reported strong mold there.
- Check the card charges at checkout.
- Ask for a renovated room.
