Theft and entry to rooms. In April 2026 two groups of guests reported cash, a speaker and rosaries stolen, and the hotel did not help. In May 2025 a parent said staff entered their sleeping children's room at 9:30 PM. In September and October 2026 guests described smells in bathrooms, dated rooms and air conditioning that did not cool.
