Heat is the most repeated issue. Guests in August 2026, July 2025 and July 2019 noted there is no air conditioning, and one said the historic building cannot have it installed. In April 2025 a guest rated it 3 stars because nobody was there at arrival and they had to ask twice. In August 2022 one guest said a booked room was cancelled a few hours before check-in.
