The worst thing guests say

Noise from the road is the most repeated issue, raised by guests in March 2025, August 2025 and May 2026, who say the rooms face the road to Tenno and that you cannot sleep with the window open. Air conditioning is a second complaint: a July 2025 guest said it was broken, and a June 2026 guest said there is none in the restaurant area. An October 2025 guest reported bugs in their room and said the reception is not staffed after about 8 pm. Several guests call it expensive.
