• Clean rooms and breakfast. Many 2026 guests praise very clean rooms and a plentiful breakfast, though one called the breakfast not worth recommending.
• Pool and whirlpool. Guests mention the pool and whirlpool, though two 2026 reviews found the pool very small and the jacuzzi not working.

Complaints about booking handling and room quality recur. In 2022 two guests said they were asked to cancel or rebook directly, and another described a different room than the one they booked. In August 2025 one guest said air conditioning worked only intermittently, and a September 2025 guest called their stay a bitter disappointment. In 2024 a guest's apartment was next to the parking lot.
