Billing and booking disputes, and one security problem, recur. Four guests between 2021 and 2026 said cancellation or refund requests were refused or charged, including one in June 2026. In 2025 a guest reported a bicycle stolen from a car in the parking lot advertised as video-monitored. Two guests in 2023 found mold in the bathroom. A reception complaint appears in September 2026.
