• The location. The entrance faces San Vitale, and a guest in April 2024 noted the main parking lot at Largo Giustiniano is a few meters away at about 3 euros a day.
• Emanuela and the hosts. Emanuela is named for friendly, detailed help with information, and a June 2026 guest said the hostess personally took care of details such as parking.
• Large rooms and bathrooms. Guests describe a separate sitting room, a bathroom with a huge shower, a well-stocked refrigerator and strong air conditioning.
