- Chiara and Carlo. The owners are named in many reviews. Chiara is a tour guide, and a January 2022 guest said she accompanied them all afternoon around the city.
- Bikes. Guests borrow bicycles to reach the center and the sea, which one said opened up the city.
- Cleanliness and newness. Guests call the rooms new, very clean and recently renovated.
