In August 2026 a guest said housekeeping left at 2 pm and the front desk would not clean the room for guests who missed it by minutes. A September 2025 guest said staff knocked on doors too forcefully. A 2021 guest said the property cancelled their booking because they had a young child. Older reviews from 2019 mention poor maintenance. Several of the lowest ratings, as well as a 4-star in August 2026, are from people who only visited for drinks.
