Guests have raised several serious problems over the years. In September 2026 one guest who paid 1,590 euros a night for five nights said the website promised a spa or pool on the terrace and the room had only a bathtub. Ants were reported in September 2024 and in 2017, and one guest reported jewelry stolen from a room in 2021. Others in 2022 and 2024 described outdated rooms, a broken bed and a dirty room. Many other low ratings come from visitors to the bar, gelato window or restaurant, not overnight guests.
