Mold and smell are reported by guests in June and July 2025 (a moldy room and one that smelled of mold). In 2026, guests complained about an old, poorly maintained facility with rude staff (September), a buffet that was charged 50 euros instead of 40 (May), and broken glass in a welcome cocktail (June). A 2026 guest also called the furnishings worn and questioned a 50 euro a night dog fee.
