Why people love it

• In-room jacuzzi. Guests in December 2025 and September 2026 call the jacuzzi fabulous and spacious. Several couples chose it for an anniversary or birthday.
• Staff and owners. The owner Aurora is called kind and helpful. One guest in January 2026 received a gift of local products.
• Location. Guests say the center is a few meters or a short walk away. One mentions the Madonna Alta minimetro station nearby.
• Clean, comfortable rooms. Reviewers describe the rooms as very clean, with a large bed, and one praised a newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower.

The worst thing guests say

Between October 2025 and June 2026, four guests wrote 1 or 2 star reviews about small rooms, including a 20 square meter room, and bathrooms with no door. One in February 2026 reported a smoke smell, dirty rooms and used towels left under the sink. One in July 2025 described a booking problem where the owners were unavailable. Two of the low reviews say the "included" breakfast is a small voucher for a cafe.
