Residence Corte della Vittoria

An apartment-style residence in an old manor house in Parma, with kitchenettes, free parking and a short ride to the center.

Why people love it

• Space. Guests describe large apartments, a big bathroom and a walk-in closet. One family with a baby and another group of four said the two-story apartment suited them.
• The owner and staff. Luca is named for arranging a same-day room and self check-in for guests who arrived very late. Another guest said the owner found a solution when they changed dates at the last minute.
• Parking. Guests mention parking on private property, which they found convenient and secure.
• Kitchenettes. Guests say the kitchens are well equipped for simple meals such as pasta.

The worst thing guests say

In 162 Google reviews, the most serious complaints are about billing and communication. In March 2025 a guest felt misled after booking by phone, and in 2022 a guest said they were charged for two nights although they left the afternoon of the first. Others from 2021 and 2022 said the ground-floor annex had windows facing the parking lot, weak lighting and a noisy refrigerator. In May 2026 one guest found the rooms dated with a strange smell on arrival, and the included breakfast was a coffee voucher.

Insider tips

• Breakfast is a voucher at a nearby bakery, not served on site.
• Confirm the exact price and nights before booking by phone.
• The annex rooms on the ground floor were criticized in older reviews, so ask for another unit.
