Stairs and strict terms. A September 2025 guest carried large bags up two floors on tiny stairs and learned about it only after paying. In December 2025 and March 2026 two guests described a refusal to move a booking after a family death. A February 2026 guest found the rooms not soundproofed, and a May 2026 guest said it feels like several flats and not a hotel.
