CONFIDENCE HOTEL PARMA

A three-star roadside hotel with free parking and a buffet breakfast, a bus ride from the center of Parma.

Why people love it

• Value. Several guests say the quality for the price is excellent, and one said the room felt like a 4-star.
• Free parking. Guests say parking is always available outside, and it suits an overnight stop.
• Staff. Staff helped a stranded family find a room in the middle of the night. Guests also name the breakfast lady.
• Dogs. One guest brought a dog for an extra 5 euros.

The worst thing guests say

Cleanliness is the recurring problem. In March 2026 a guest had no water in the shower on the first night and a sewer smell on the second. In August 2026 a guest found rat droppings on the balcony. In September 2025 another said the rooms were not clean, the bathroom door was broken and the photos did not match. In 2025 two guests also objected to being asked for documents in front of other guests.
