Why people love it

• The owner and staff. A September 2026 guest with no accommodation called at 9:00 PM and said staff offered to help immediately. Pietro is named in a June 2026 review.
• New, clean rooms. Guests in June, August and September 2026 describe the rooms as new, clean and spacious.
• Near the sea. Reviews put the sea about a three-minute walk away, with a supermarket across the street.
• Suite with whirlpool and sauna. A February 2026 guest chose the suite with a whirlpool tub for two and a sauna and called it spotlessly clean.

The worst thing guests say

Between June and August 2026, three guests rating 1 to 3 stars said the rooms did not match the website or advertising. The August guest, in room 12, also reported power cuts and occasional cockroaches. A July 2026 1-star guest listed poor soundproofing, bedding in bad condition, a peeling ceiling and mold (text cut off). A June 2026 guest described a bedroom with a mezzanine, a bathroom window onto the street and no outlets. In September 2023 a guest left early after sleeping among ants and cockroaches. An October 2026 3-star guest noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
