The worst thing guests say

Street noise is the most repeated complaint. Four guests between October 2025 and September 2026 reported it. Two guests in September 2026 had ground-floor, street-facing rooms with single-glazed windows after asking for a quiet room. An April 2026 guest had a written confirmation of a quiet room and still had extreme noise at night. An October 2025 guest said all deluxe rooms and suites face the main street. Parking is the second theme. An August 2026 guest reported a 200 euro traffic fine after using valet parking, and believes the hotel did not report the car to the authorities. A May 2026 guest waited over half an hour for the car at checkout.
