Music, annex rooms and rudeness. A July 2026 guest says music runs until 3 AM. From 2023 to 2025 at least six guests were placed in a separate house or Royal Rooms, 300 to 500 metres away, without pool or service, at four-star prices. Several reported rude staff at the pool restaurant in 2025.
