Weddings. At least eight overnight guests between 2016 and 2025 say the hotel is a wedding venue first, with events several days a week, loud music until 1 AM or later and the pool and garden closed to guests. In August 2026 one guest found no water or working toilet on returning to the room, and in October 2026 another reported an offensive remark by a staff member at check-out.
