Between 2024 and 2026 several 1-star guests raised serious or real issues: a deposit not returned (June 2026), AirPods said to be taken by housekeeping (March 2025), a noisy heat pump (February 2025), thin walls (September 2025) and broken air conditioning that was not fixed (May 2024). A September 2026 reviewer also gave 3 stars for sparse furnishings.
