Guests in 2025 and 2026 report that the place does not match the booking photos. A guest in August 2025 said the photos were totally misleading and likened it to a retirement home or dormitory. A guest in July 2026 did not receive the booked room, and another in September 2026 called the stay disastrous. Poor soundproofing and a lack of a requested balcony room also appear.
