No single complaint repeats. In the last year, guests mentioned that reception is sometimes hard to find and you have to call, that the bar was closed on weekends, that rooms lack kitchen items, and that rooms are not soundproofed. Older reviews from 2022 to 2024 mention peeling paint, rising damp, a broken ceiling light and a cold welcome.
