The worst thing guests say

Small maintenance problems. In August 2023 a guest reported a broken toilet seat and a shower that clogged and flooded. In 2022 a guest could not open the door with the phone key until another guest helped. A 2023 guest found the bed soft, and the open shower less suitable for non-couples.
