The worst thing guests say

Rooms and booking problems, mostly in the last two months. In September 2026 a guest staying in an underground suite at over 1,000 euros a night gave 1 star. Another September guest found small rooms and uncomfortable beds, and had to walk through the bar and restaurant to reach the room. In August 2026 one guest said the hotel cancelled a confirmed booking, and a couple who paid $544 a night through the Michelin Guide said the stay fell short. Smaller notes: no mirror in one room and shirts returned unironed.
