Services below the 4-star label. In April 2026 a guest said there was no welcome on arrival and that services fall far below a 4-star standard. In August 2022, two guests described a room with a missing bathroom door and broken mirror, and noise from 7 a.m. In September 2022 another guest got an uncomfortable bed and no TV. Several guests also note the remote location.
