In June 2026 a guest arrived to find the room they booked was no longer available, and another guest found two queen beds in a room booked for four. In 2024 and 2019 other guests were also turned away or moved to another hotel. Two reviews from August and September 2026 describe unhelpful reception. Older reviews from 2020 to 2022 mention a broken window, cold rooms and slow restaurant service.
