Several guests across 2021 to 2026 say the owning family is unfriendly, including reviews in July 2026 and September 2026, and others say some staff seemed bored or disinterested (2024). In June 2026 one guest who left early for the hospital described a dispute over the bill and said the police had been notified. Dogs were not accepted in 2024.
