Why people love it

• The location. Guests say it sits on Olbia's main pedestrian street with cafes, restaurants and shops outside the door, and the pier is a short walk away.
• Friendly reception. Alexander and Alessio are named in recent reviews as helpful. One guest was allowed to check in early after asking to leave bags.
• Clean, roomy rooms. Reviewers describe clean rooms with air conditioning, a minibar, bottled water and a kettle. One group said the room for four was excellent.
• Breakfast. Several guests call breakfast plentiful, and one mentions the croissants. Another found it small but very good.

The worst thing guests say

Noise is the most common complaint. Three guests between September 2024 and August 2026 said the hotel sits above a bar with loud music late at night and that the rooms are not soundproofed. One guest in September 2026 found most staff unfriendly. Older reviews include a room without a real window that did not match the photos (September 2025), a booking cancelled by the hotel (June 2022), and a payment dispute on a Booking.com reservation (September 2024).
