Domus Olbia Inn

A low-key guesthouse with themed rooms around a courtyard garden in Olbia, a short bus ride or walk from the center, run by owner Daniele.

Why people love it

• Daniele. The owner is named in several reviews. One guest was returning for a fourth time, and another said he helped with luggage and early arrival.
• Themed rooms. Each room has a name and theme, such as the Coral Room. Guests describe them as large, clean and well appointed.
• The courtyard. Reviewers like the inner courtyard and patio, and one guest hung laundry there.
• Flexible check-in. A guest on a 6 a.m. ferry could check in early, and another returned keys themselves with no trouble.

Why they come back

"In a few days, we'll be back for the fourth time...and it will definitely be an excellent choice."

The worst thing guests say

Reception and maintenance get repeated complaints. In September 2024 and August 2025, guests said no one was there at check-in time, and one said bags were not handled as expected. In January 2025 a winter guest reported yellow water from the faucet. In July 2025 a guest found a water leak in the bathroom, and in October 2025 a guest said no cleaning products or shower gel were provided. In August 2025 a guest said the courtyard location means you hear everyone early in the morning.

Insider tips

• Confirm your arrival time with the owner, since there may be no reception desk.
• Light sleeper? Ask for a room away from the courtyard.
• Free parking spaces are available around the hotel.
