The worst thing guests say

In September 2026 one guest rated it 2 stars after being bitten by bedbugs and said the windows face a busy, noisy street. Between 2022 and 2025 the 1-star reviews listed here cite a rude front desk (December 2025 and November 2024), low water pressure (December 2025), extra charges at checkout after a guest booked with taxes included (August 2024) and breakfast delivered in boxes (April 2022). In August 2026 another 1-star guest called it the second worst hotel they had experienced, and the rest of the text is cut off.

Insider tips

• The hotel is on the outskirts of Naples, and a train station connects to the center.
• Confirm on your booking what is included, and check your bill at checkout.
• Ask for a room away from the street if noise matters to you.
