B&B Napoli Centro Storico

A B&B and apartments in Naples' historic center, near the central train station, run by an owner named Enzo or Vincenzo by guests.

Why people love it

• The owner. Enzo (also called Vincenzo) is named in several reviews as available for any need. For a bachelor party in September 2026 he found a second property nearby so the whole group could stay close.
• Clean rooms. Most reviews, including every one from September and October 2026, call the rooms spotless.
• Self-service drinks. A hot drinks dispenser and a cold water dispenser are available all day, and one guest called the room very quiet.
• Location. Guests walk to the main sights from the historic center, and the train station is close.

Why they come back

"Every time we go to Naples, we stay at Vincenzo's. It's fantastic, the rooms are spotless, and the location is perfect for visiting Naples."

The worst thing guests say

In June 2026 one returning guest, back after seven years, found the property a bit unclean, with a covered terrace. In January 2025 a guest booked an 11-bed room and the owner called the day before to say there was a mistake with the beds, which forced them to book an extra room. No other serious complaints appear in the 60 reviews checked.

Insider tips

• Expect a lot of stairs.
• Breakfast is a shared self-service buffet.
• Confirm bed numbers directly with the owner if you book a group room.
