Why people love it

• Dario and Emanuela. Dario is named in four reviews from March to October 2026 for tour advice and a warm welcome. Emanuela is named for friendliness in July and August 2026.
• Themed rooms. Guests describe a sailor's room with a small balcony and total silence with the windows closed, and a spacious mermaid room with a safe and a small refrigerator.
• Breakfast. Two guests, in April and July 2025, say breakfast was freshly prepared each morning.
• Daily care. A July 2026 guest says rooms were cleaned daily and they always received water and something to eat.
• Location. It is in the pedestrian zone, within walking distance of the train station, the market and restaurants, and the staff let guests leave luggage after check-out.

The worst thing guests say

The most repeated complaint is no air conditioning, in four reviews from 2018 to 2022. In August 2022 a guest could not sleep in 40 degree heat, and a June 2022 guest had a ceiling fan. The 23 reviews since March 2025 do not mention air conditioning. The lowest recent rating is 1 star, from July 2026, when a guest who had booked the garage found it locked and was told the attendant would take about half an hour. A 2-star review from August 2025 says only "The unreliable owner".
