Why people love it

• Delia, Luca and Asia. Delia is named in five reviews and Luca and Asia in a June 2025 review, mostly for quick answers over WhatsApp and for tips.
• Clear entry instructions. One August 2026 guest received videos showing how to get in and where to park. Another got parking at 10am instead of noon.
• Daily extras. A bottle of water in the fridge is replaced every day, and rooms have a coffee machine and tea. Towels are changed regularly.
• Rooms. Guests call the rooms clean and spacious. A July 2024 guest says the room was remodeled and had a lovely bathroom.
• The station. Guests give 2 to 5 minutes on foot to La Spezia Centrale, and say the city center is a short walk.

The worst thing guests say

Four 1-star reviews describe a rental unit rather than a hotel, or trouble getting in. In September 2025 a guest found an apartment with the room locked behind an iron gate and had to go to a separate check-in office. In July 2024 a guest described a basic room with a broken shower door. In June 2024 a guest said they were locked out in the middle of the night and could not leave luggage after check-out. In March 2024 a guest cancelled over the complicated entry system and did not get a refund. All 24 reviews from 2026 are 4 or 5 stars. In 4-star reviews, guests mention poor soundproofing (June 2025), and a March 2026 guest said the double bed creaked, the mattress sagged and the shutter would not close.
