The worst thing guests say

The recent complaints are about how it is run. A July 2026 guest who booked all four rooms said the air conditioning problem made the rooms too hot. In November 2025 a guest expected a hotel but found an apartment with four rooms and could not reach the agency, and in May 2025 another said the hotel and cafe gave conflicting breakfast information. Two guests noted no pool exists despite a map listing.
