Hotel Palazzo Indelli

A four-star hotel in a renovated historic palazzo on a square in the old center of Monopoli, with a restaurant and breakfast at a partner bar.

Why people love it

• Location. Guests say it is on a lovely piazza in the historic center, close to the water and many eateries.
• Friendly staff. Staff are called helpful and pleasant, with French and English speakers named in several April 2026 reviews.
• Spacious rooms. Several guests describe large rooms with a thermostat, in a tastefully renovated historic residence.
• Luggage service. A July 2026 guest liked the rickshaw service to carry luggage to and from the parking lot.

The worst thing guests say

Four recent guests raise room condition. In July 2026 a guest described a room with no window and moldy shower grout, and being charged for beach towels. In May 2026 another said the walls were dirty and the bed warped, and in April 2026 a family room was called overpriced. Cramped showers and a lack of chairs come up in several 2026 reviews. Older reviews mention noise from events below, a broken air conditioner in 2023 and a parking fee.
