The worst thing guests say

Stairs and comfort come up most often. In October 2026 a guest wrote of endless stairs, no elevator, noise and an air conditioner that did not work properly. A July 2024 guest said the stairs were impassable and no information was given about them. In February 2025 a guest found the jacuzzi water dirty. Hot tub problems also appear in 2021 and 2022 reviews. Breakfast is coffee and pastry at a nearby cafe, which two guests in 2024 and 2025 disliked.
