Why people love it

• New, spacious rooms. Guests describe big, modern, quiet rooms. Some rooms have kitchens, which a guest staying a long time praised.
• Value. Several October 2026 guests call it good value for money for a new building.
• Gym and shared spaces. Guests mention a good gym in the building and common areas for studying and socializing.
• Near the station. Guests say it is close to the train station, about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the historic center.

The worst thing guests say

Cleanliness and staff behavior come up repeatedly. Guests between October 2025 and September 2026 reported a dirty room, a stained couch and smoke in a room (March 2026), and two guests described rude or untrained evening and night staff. One guest in June 2026 said the air conditioning did not work for almost the whole stay in 36 degree heat. Breakfast is rated poor by five or more guests.

Insider tips

• Breakfast is charged at 7 euros each, and several guests say it is poor.
• City tax had to be paid by card for one guest, so ask how to pay at check-in.
• Check that your air conditioning works on arrival in summer.
