The worst thing guests say

Tram and train noise is the main complaint. In November 2025 a guest on the ground floor facing the street left after a night because of tram and car noise, saying the room was listed as soundproof. In October 2025 a guest called the tram noise a slight downside, and in September 2024 a guest said the train rumbles the room several times an hour. One guest called Room 1 tiny.
