The worst thing guests say

Noise from the canal bars recurs. Guests in February 2024, April 2025, February 2025 and October 2025 said they could not sleep with bars noisy until 2 to 4 am. Other complaints include a toilet that flushed by itself for days (January 2026), plain rooms for the price, and a rooftop terrace that closes in winter. Several others called the rooftop booking policy and service disappointing.
