The worst thing guests say

Two guests reported theft. In November 2025 one said their room was robbed during a 90-minute tour booked by the hotel, and in June 2023 two guests reported laptops stolen while luggage was moved to the hotel shuttle. Other recurring complaints are room quality below five stars (July 2024, November 2024 air conditioning, September 2026 room details), a May 2026 check-in wait until 3 pm in the heat, and a May 2026 cancellation charge dispute.
