The worst thing guests say

Two guests, in August 2026 and August 2023, had booking problems. The 2026 guest said questions about their September booking went unanswered, and the 2023 guest spent a month trying to get a full confirmation. Older reviews mention tiny bathrooms in small rooms and a last bus that leaves early. These were from 2021 and 2022.
