The worst thing guests say

In May 2026 a guest found a cockroach in the room on the first evening and cut a two-night stay short. Other stayers in 2024 described a noisy, poorly soundproofed hotel (two reviews), and in September 2026 one guest found the room too small. Restaurant and bar visitors in 2022 and 2023 complained about being refused use of the toilets.
