• The shuttle. Many guests mention the free shuttle to the port and the center. One says it runs around the clock, and another says staff will pick you up anywhere on the island.
• The staff. Guests describe the family and staff as helpful with excursions, scooter rentals and directions. Arthuro is thanked by name for waiting up late to meet a guest.
• The pool. Reviews call the pool area large and well kept, with a solarium.

The worst thing guests say

The low ratings are old. In September 2019 a group said they were given rooms along the road while the hotel was half empty, and in January 2020 a guest said a prepaid booking was not refundable after a Stromboli excursion was cancelled. In 2022 and 2023 guests mentioned a small bathroom and two single beds pushed together. In the 2025 and 2026 reviews no guest raised a complaint about the stay.
