Three guests between August and September 2026 said they did not get the room they booked or saw on Booking.com. One was put in a room below ground level that looked like a basement, and one booked a specific room type and did not get it. In August 2025 another guest was moved from a pool-view room to a garden room. Air conditioning not working was raised by three guests between 2023 and 2025.
